Dim Sum Yum!
Synopsis:
Dim Sum doesn’t have to end when everyone is done eating – let the kids serve some while having fun themselves.

The Issue
Culturally focused toys are infrequent and hard to find. A toy that can fill that gap is found in the dim sum experience.

A Space of Demand
After interviewing one Asian-Canadian mom about her experience with culturally-based toys, she found herself having to make her own toys that fit what she wanted her child to play with, and more parents were inspired and spoke up about the underrepresentation.
